Needed: A Few Good Moderators
Our growth here in the Forum is exploding. And with a couple of our Moderators finding real life getting in the way, job and family constraints, and even pregnant,... We are need of a couple people to accept Moderator Positions. Sure you get a Special Badge and talk about the Forum happenings in a separate Section. But with it comes a price. Putting up w/me being a pain is tantamount.
But so is what we expect. Moderators here help with showing new members the "ropes" of putting up avatars, Signatures, and using the proper Sections to post threads. They "meet and greet". They move threads where needed and inform Admins of Rules violations and any hostilities that are encountered as they monitor the threads/replies. A certain skill level in our user control panel, photo-hosting, and simple VBulletin Forum functions are necessary. Training would depend on your past experience and just what you are familiar with.
