I gotta say, your Mom sounds like a pretty tough lady to hold up as well as she is. I'll be thinking of her on the tenth. (STG, got it in my calendar on the phone)

Her surgery is today at 1:00pm. I am leaving now for SD to get there around noon. Keep praying!

I just read this thread for the first time. Haro your mom is obviously a very strong person. I will be sending what I can through prayer and positive energy. My uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the last month and I just lost my grandfather to bone cancer on Tuesday. Through these times I have learned that being a pillar for your family is a huge benefit to everyone (even yourself). I send props to you for being so strong and helping your parents through this difficult time.
