need help with a part #

need help with a part #
Im having trouble nailing down a part # for a TB gasket for my car.
The only ones I can find are on RockAuto, and for some reason it lists two different gaskets, and there should only be one right? It has the following:
FEL-PRO Part # 61306
DOHC engine; w/MFI; Throttle body to manifold
FEL-PRO Part # 61304
DOHC engine; w/MFI; Throttle body to adapter
The second one scores a hit on Autozone, but I couldnt find anything on Oreillys.
I also searched some on GMPD to no avail. I could surely walk into the dealership and come out with one, but Im leary of doing so. Once you have to pay 16 dollars for a bolt after driving halfway across the state...you frown on the GM Parts Dept.
Any help would be appreciated.
