Sometimes when i turn the key off, and just before the engine completely stops, it starts going backwards, blowing the air/fuel mixture from the carb all over the place, resulting in extremely flammable smoke looking fog. what is causing this? what can i do to stop it? i have also installed a vacuum gauge, and have observed pressure instead of vacuum when it is doing this. Please advise before the friggin thing catches fire with me close to it.
