I guess whatever floats your boat, but there are plenty of American cars with equal performance and economy. I think people need to stop this import fad crap and help out the American economic situation and buy American cars.

If they're not making a car I want, I won't buy it - forget about all that patriotic stuff.

Is this Lancer built in the US and A?

No matter what you buy you're still supporting foreign economies. Made in America now reads Assembled in America using foregn and domestic parts. :(

^Ironically the new Toyota Tundra pickup probably has more American/Canadian parts content in it than the new Silverado. Anyone care to find exact numbers?

I LOVE it myself. Been thinking about going and testing driving one. A nieghbor had a friend with one come over last week. It was a light blue/green color. But still sharp as He**. Drawfs the old Lancer a lot. I'm not real keen on the Mitsu. reliablity factor, but I'm prolly gonna lease my next car anyways....and most all of them run good the first three years or so.

I LOVE a car that looks like it has an attitude problem.

P.*.: Not wise to **** off Johnny Number Five...he'* all American afterall.
