She bumped a telephone pole a few nights ago. A portion of the bumper is broke off. So she needs a replaceent. So far the cheapest is $750 and its not the right color.

Are any of them interchangable?

I found one on www.car-part.com for $250 + shipping. I searched the "Midwest" and found it is in Michigan. For the sedan with fogs, no washer.

I did a search of "All Areas" and the best bet is to call all the places with "CALL" listed in the price section. You might find someone that has one for under $200+ shipping, which should be under $100 via Greyhound or UPS Ground.
