All Chrysler carbed motors had that...right up until they HAD to go to fuel injection to compete with Ford and GM. 88 was the first year that ALL 4 cylinders got FI, and V8'* I think 90 or 91. My Charger was a PITA with that system, I could NEVER get the timing right on it

A better version of lean burn but not "Lean Burn" I owned a 1987 Chrysler 5th Avenue with the same 318 but not lean burn. It was a worlds better running engine.
