UPDATE:
the guy that bought it just called. I was nervous to answer it, but decided to be a man and answer. he told me that he was just going down the highway and it died. it does not restart. it cranks but does not run. i have no idea what it could be, and I never had that problem.
sooooooo glad that travis didn't buy it.
sucks to be him, but thats what happens when you buy a used car.

That would still leave me with a crappy, WTF sort of feeling, but you've gotta wonder if he F-ed something up at all too. Seems odd to be fine since you had it, and then all of a sudden something go wrong :?

the only thing I could think of is that one of the timing belts snapped, since that is the biggest issue with these DOHC'*. But he said he could turn it over, it just wouldn't start. If it was the timing belt, would the valvetrain be so messed up that I would not turn over?

It'* not like you did anything wrong. Your advertisement sounded pretty straightforward, and I know you wouldn't try to screw someone like that. It just sucks cause it looks bad happening so soon :(

Well you certainly made some profit on it, too bad about it breaking down right after he bought it, thats insane timing. hopefully its an easy fix, that seriously sucks to buy a car and then have it die on you.
