thanks for the tip Geoff. If you can post it on a good forum, I would appreciate it. Here is how I originally had it formatted.

Quote:
1993 Chevy Lumina Euro 4-door Sedan
3.4L V6 DOHC (dual over head cam) - (very powerful sedan)
200-210 hp @ 5200 rpm & 215 ft-lb of torque @ 4000rpm
FWD 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive (4t60e)
178k miles - mostly highway, consistent 60 mile-a-day trips
Power Steering, Windows, Door Locks, Power Driver Seat
Bucket seats, Console shifter, Tilt Wheel, Cruise Control
AM/FM/CD Player
Moonroof (opens in vent and slide-back mode)
Stock Alloy wheels
4 wheel disc brakes with ABS

New Parts within the last year:
Alternator
Battery
Power Steering pressure hose
Brake Rotors & Brake Pads
Fuel pump
Sparkplugs & Wires
PCV Valve
Fuel filter
Newer tires

The Good:
Very reliable & strong runner, never a hard starter
Never has been smoked in
Only 10k miles on the rebuilt transmission, shifts very firm and crisp

The Bad:
Cruise control works intermediately
Air conditioning does not work
Minor oil leak from top end
(using 15W-40 to reduce leaking, 1 quart every 1000 miles)
CD player does not play burned CD'*
Headliner is beginning to fall down
Beginning to rust on drivers side rear wheel well

Call 507-220-2000, Andrew, leave message and I will get back to you ASAP
It is not costing me to have it sit. The only reason I need to sell it is to pay off some bills that can wait. It is actually saving me money on my car insurance because of the multicar discount Progressive gives.

A bottom price is there for a reason If it was $100 less than my asking price, I would have snatched him, but $100 less than my bottom price, on the first call? I can do better.

Haro, Craigslist DOES take HTML, so use the '

' and '</p>' commands to make new paragraphs. Put the first p in front of your first sentence and put the last p at the end.

The other thing you can do is post it in the "forum" for the next closest nearby area. That'* how I get to double post on craigslist. Sometimes the filters will pick it up, and sometimes they won't.

I like to use Flint, MI and Detroit, MI (55 miles apart) whenever I sell something. I typically wait one day in between each posting.

the ad is updated with html.. I have edited it so many times that it has got confusing. You were probably just looking at it when i accidentally didnt have any pics.

Minneapolis is an hour from Mankato, but it does not let me list it in both places. I will just wait the week.

Ad looks great to me. You are being very honest to potential buyers as well. I see that car selling quick.

no bites yet

the kid that test drove it was a 15-yr old that just got his permit. I still let him drive it since I'm older than 21, it was legal. He really had no idea how to drive, it was rather funny. He asked me what gear to put it in He was to scared to floor it, so he never really saw the DOHC in action. Halfway thru the testdrive we started talking price. I told him I could do $1300 today. He said he didn't have that much right now. I said I would take a deposit if he wanted me to hold it. He said he didnt have ANY money. I was like, "oh". Then he said he was supposed to get $500 from his mom, but he doesnt think he will get it anymore, since he had to go to jail for skateboarding and fines... <insert rolling eyes here> I gave up on him after that.

The other guy that originally called has not called back.

I parked it at a local gas station so that everyone that drive by will see it, and I also made a new craigslist ad, with LOTS of pics

http://mankato.craigslist.org/car/403666150.html

Do I need to lower the price for some cheap asses? or should I leave it at 1500 OBO? I honestly think its worth more than $1500

didn't i see that you had the carpet cleaned in it? or are those pics with the clean carpet?

I think you should leave it at 1,500 OBO. seems like a fair price to me. if it sits too long for your taste then you can start takin those lower offers...
