If I were you I would change a few things in the bad.
I would remove does not play burned CDs cause that give the impression something is wrong with the cd play when theres not
I would remove theres an oild leak form the top end and put car has minor oil leak.
Remove the cruise control thing as it does work sometimes
Remove the rust begining on drivers side as they can see it in the pics
Its just I was reading your ad and I was SOLD until I read your The Bad.
I am not saying you should lie or be dishonest but I would reword a few things so not to sound so major.
I would probably take out the good and bad all together. That way you will get more call and can answer concerns at that time.

I was wondering about a newspaper ad. I know they're not cheap but seem to be effective.
I think you are probably better off without the bad but I respect that you were tring to be completely honest.
For an older car with that many miles people can't expect ti to be perfect.
I think it'* worth what you are asking, though, or atleast close to it.
Heck I'd do it if I had the $. Sure beats what I'm driving now

I just sold it. Guy in his late 30'* came down from Le Sueur with his Dad. He said his daily driver is an 05 Taurus that just blew its motor and he needs some cheap transportation for a while. He paid $1300 cash after a 5 minute test drive. For anyone that doesnt know, Travis (sononma_zr2) was gonna come down and purchase it tomorrow for $1200, but this guy just showed up today out of nowhere. Sorry Travis, but I really feel a lot more comfortable selling this car to a stranger just in case something happens out of my control.
I'm a happy man!!
I got lots of beer money for tonight!

Not too bad considering 2 years ago (almost exactly come to think of it) I sold my Turbo 3.1 Lumina for $1200 and it was just as clean as that car..... I'd say you made out pretty good on that deal.
