Ok, here'* what I think is happening...Jin isn't really dead - he'* just still on the island, and didn't get off for some reason. They just kinda had to fake his death type thing, so that no one knows that he'* still there. And yes...they're getting tricky. Throwing in flash backs AND flash forwards. I just have to say this is a crazy season so far!
