I used to go to the filming locations and watch, but it really was so much bogus that I just left it alone after going there about 20 times. 
it was cool..but...meh.
its just like any other movie/show that gets filmed in hawaii...usually lame.

I missed it Thursday, but I watched it Friday on the ABC website on my earlier post. It worked great and there were no commercials.
For past episodes, there is a choice between the "enhanced" version and the original.
