Congrats Brian! Just keep your final goal in sight and do what is necessary to reach that goal. Your new home will be completed before you know it. Next year will bring a move into that home.

Ummm..running around naked and hugging is optional.
Pictures of this, should it occur, are mandatory.
Still trying to figure out moving date. The current tenant is still there (hence the word current)
and may be there til the end of the month. Technically I have this place til the 5th, so it may be that first weekend of November.
I do have some help on the way the last weekend of October (thanks Tony
)
and the landlord said we can probably start bringing over some stuff. We can always put stuff in the garage and, basement and attic cause she didn't have anything in there.
