First of all, this is no different than Pete selling his services in graphic design on our site. This is simply a member offering something.

Secondly, I don't see this as 'advertising'. He'* running no business banner ad or anything of the kind, nor is he trying in any way to be a vendor for us (in the car parts realm).

This is nothing more than a member here saying "I've got something, and if you'd like it, let me know".

Lastly, he had prior permission from me before he posted this.
