Well the insurance company finally started talking to me about the accident I was involved in (a week later), and they said that they don't go by the police report, they use a percentage of fault. So they have to review the accident to make sure it wasn't my fault. I've already been missing my car a week and I don't want to keep borrowing the car I have now since it'* a burden on my parents (kind of). I'm going to be giving the insurance company a whole lot of hell for there half assed approach and slow, slow reaction. I've called them thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday. I didn't get a call back until monday. When I returned the call no one answered, and they haven't called back.

I just want my car fixed!
