i think you should use lysol indoors, lot cooler of a flame, less chance of setting the house on fire. just make sure the can says flammable, otherwise you just end up with a fire extinguisher.
Hahaha ya that'* true....WD40 tends to stay lit after it'* stuck to something also.

Your going to want to have them sprayed with a pro. i had them on my front
porch and kept spraying the little buggers with store bought crap that
killed the ones we saw but didnt get them in the nesting area. well the time
came for me to paint the porch and the wood was rotted. Ok ill replace the wood right.
well I took off the facial boards and Oh MY God the main carrying beam is completely
rotted and now were paying a carpenter to replace the porch $$$$

WD40.... lighter..... pffftt.... sure if you wanna catch the house and everything on fire.

Use hairspray guys....... when they fly into a cloud or spray of it, it sticks to their wings and makes them unable to fly.... so they just drop... making them easy prey.... works for all kinds of winged insects in a house (flys, bees, wasps, etc).

Once they're on the ground (or window).... nail em....
