I swear, I'm done with trying to get into relationships..
On the phone with crush less than a minute ago:
me; so um,..
her: whats up haha
me; i um.. like you
her; oh you're not my type haha
/five seconds of awkward silence
me; i gotta go
her; sorry..
me; yeah whatever bye
DUDE this happens every time i go to get involved with someone.. why does this crap have to happen to me
i really liked this girl, we been talking for about a month now and hung out last weekend, and she seemed into me sorta
why do you women have to be so difficult sometimes..
wtf

heres my advice:
forget them. its not easy, but just forget them. i dont think i was ever able to actually do that, but its good advice that will never be followed through on because i dont think its humanly possible
as for why women are like that: how old are these women? realise that until a woman gets to be "mature" she wants to screw around until she needs a good guy to raise her child. then she hooks up with your average joe that will push her down a flight of stairs, and upon seeing that mistake and almost getting killed, will look for you to raise her child. because you were the good one.
thats my experience, anyway.
let her go man. move on to the next one. dime a dozen.

ill tell you the story. not to hijack the thread, but i think that it might help.
i met her online as a freshman in high school. at the time i had a girl in michigan [i was living in oklahoma], eventually moved there. we broke up two weeks after i moved, and i decided i needed a break. so i didnt even really look at the opposite sex [aside from the "man... she looks good"] for the next couple years. i kept talking to nancy [my fiancee] and following her life. i remained good friends with her with no intention of getting with her. i decided i was going to visit her in '03, so i drove to new orleans and spent 3 weeks with her. going to new orleans, i had firmly decided i was not going to get with her. no matter what, i didnt want a relationship with anyone. so 5 months later, we moved in together and she enrolled in college.
long story short: i got lucky. in spite of my best efforts and my decisions i was through with women for the time being, i got lucky.
