Honda is coming out with an updated S2000 - perhaps the S2200? It'* no 2.0 anymore, but a 2.2 now, making a bit more hp - and - more torque at lower rpm. However, this means that the redline and hp/L have gone down.
the S2000 redlines at 9,000 RPM, the 350Z redlines at 6,600 if i remember right. and there is no way the S2000 wins over the 350Z in anything but revs. S2000 (2.0L inline 4): 240 HP @ 8300 RPM and 153 ft-lbs of torque @ 7500 RPM (1/4 mile time around 14.8 sec.). 350Z (3.5L V-6): 287 HP @ 6200 RPM and 274 ft-lbs @ 4800 RPM (1/4 mile time around 13.8-13.9 sec).

I figured you were excited which explained the 65 - 1/4 mile thing. I'm sure you miss your Bonne...I would too! :(
But your LeSabre still hauls a$$ which is nice. You can get it to 240hp no problem.
I raced a riced Accord on a city street about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I passed him around 1/4 mile later around 100mph. And I was in a 45mph zone That was crazy but I had to race him. I yelled out "Got Rice" right before he waved me on, and I chased after him.
Oh, and yeah, that 100mph around the 1/4 mile is accurate...BUT I was at a rolling start going around 20 mph I wish i could get 100 in the 1/4 from a stop.
