Umm....a Husqvarna is a saw--it was just a joke....heeeelllloooooooooo?

My uncle has a Honda 2000S. He claims that it has 240 hp out of a 4 cyl. I haven't looked up the specs to check the accuracy, but that is a pretty potent package if true.

the S2000 redlines at 9,000 RPM, the 350Z redlines at 6,600 if i remember right. and there is no way the S2000 wins over the 350Z in anything but revs. S2000 (2.0L inline 4): 240 HP @ 8300 RPM and 153 ft-lbs of torque @ 7500 RPM (1/4 mile time around 14.8 sec.). 350Z (3.5L V-6): 287 HP @ 6200 RPM and 274 ft-lbs @ 4800 RPM (1/4 mile time around 13.8-13.9 sec).

so you tell me, which car looks better to you? oh yeah, the 350Z has the best 6 speed i've ever had the pleasure of shifting (so easy to chirp 2nd it'* not even funny, you can chirp 2nd with a 4000 RPM shift out of 1st)

S2000 redlines at about 9k.

A torque peak at 5000rpm does not mean no power down low. It only means where the car PEAKS at - for all we know, the V6 Accord could make quite a bit of torque at 2000rpm? I must find a dyno chart

yeah, but a torque peak of 7500rpm, and the peak only being 153 ft-lbs means that there is no more than 153 ft-lbs at anywhere point in the rev range, and last i checked, 153 isn't that much. and our engines produce around 4/3 that at less than 1500 RPM
