She actually didn't get sick Laura. She was worried she might get sick because she ate one of those cholesterol cakes that could have been tainted with salmonella from a reported outbreak. The date matched the report.

She will be fine and dandy and hopefully will make the long trip out here to make some more lifelong memories.

Lol...I used to cook all the time...now I only cook every other week when the kids are with me. I usually don't eat when it'* no-kid week....I mooch. Leftovers, mom'* house, order out, or frozen crap that is ready in less than 4 mins.

The new Banquet pot pies come with a microwaveable "crisping" pan... don't work all that well though. The top gets nice and crispy, but the bottom still stays doughey.

Oh well.. at about $0.60 each, you can't go wrong

They are just like Ramen noodles.. cheap and easy

just get some Faygo pop and you will be all set
