I ate a Pot Pie...possibly tainted with Salmonella...

I'd rather drink a few of the beers you have in the fridge. That would fill you up just the same. Drink enough and you'll have some similar stomach issues though.

X3 on nuking. Pot pies come out great in the microwave. The packaging helps keep the crust flaky.
Nuking in the packaging is almost as bad as eating that crap in the first place.

If you knew what that packaging was made from and the chemicals used in the manufacturing...........it'* worse than salmonella.

Tracy, I thought you could cook. :?

Uh oh....

Aunt called. She has Salmonella poisoning. She went to the doctor this morning. Yes, she ate two of the recalled pot pies. So anyone that bought the Banquet turkey or chicken pot pies at Giant Eagle, they ARE the recalled ones. We just threw 4 of them away I found in the deep freeze.

That'* why I don't eat Banquet pot pies anymore. Haven't for years. Not because "ooo, this might make me sick". I loved them as a kid. But then I discovered Marie Callender pot pies..... Yummy!!!

I just googled it. Marie Callender and Banquet are both ConAgra products. Guess no pot pies for me for a while....
