sing up with paypal....
give them your info back account and stuff...
if you buy something throw a website that uses them they will take the money right out you your back and send it right to the seller.
if you sell something on say, ebay, Paypal takes a % out of the money you get... and they will put the money in you paypal account, and from there you can take it out by them sending you a check or them putting it in your bank, or you can get a paypal Check Card and use paypal as a sencond back account

That is kinda the point of it. Essentially you are giving your bank account/credit card to ONE company. That way you don't have to give that information to SEVERAL sellers.
More or less it takes money from you account, and puts it in someone elses account.

BUT!!! And I work e-commerce, have for 5 years, so I've seen this first hand....
Make sure that you read the directions for transferring money very carefully!! Especially when dealing with businesses. Don't assume that because every other transaction has been as simple as pop in an e-mail address and you're done that they are all that straight forward. Read the freakin directions on the page, or that they will e-mail you, and you won't have to chase your money all over the net trying to get it to the right place.
I love paypal for buying from individuals. It'* super simple, and I have yet to have any issues. For businesses, I stick with the good ol' Visa.
