Default Haha, aren't I lucky...

I found out today that the rear end in my Chevy is blown. I've been without a driveable vehicle for almost two weeks now, and am going a little stir crazy. I did, however, realize something that made me giggle a little.

Four out of five vehicles are blown! See sig.

It just rolled over 170,000 miles on the original motor, second trans.

Nope, it'll live again Three mechanics in our immediate family, one with lots of experience working on Neons. He works in the plant in Belvidere that assembled the car in the first place, and used to own a service station specializing in Dodge.

nice wording. I have a chunk of pinion about the size of an AA battery in my hand right now. We're ordering parts this weekend, hopefully.
