Seems more like the dad doesn't want to pay the speeding ticket, and the accompanying insurance hike, than teach his kid a lesson.

A cop has to be within 100 feet to accuratly clock? I got ripped off.

According to the Associated Press, some 95% of all speeding cases never wind up in court. That'* clearly because it ends up being a case of a motorist'* word against a police officer from that county with a radar log.
remind me never to go to that website again.

got to side with the cop here -- whats the delay?
