Alie, I really hope you decide to stay. You seem to fit really well here. You haven't been on very long, but you seem to have become one of the core family without even trying.

Venom is right about the people here. This is one of the very few online car forums where people actually care about each other, and even care for each other, if you can see the difference there.
And, Venom, the second chance you got turned out to be a great decision. I personally thought you were a total jerk at first, but after you came back and I got to know you, you became one of my favorite people. I don't think this site would be as much fun without you here.

You know.... I have to wonder...why do people feel they don't fit in on an online forum? Usually, shy people will be more vocal online, since the physical intimidation is not present here. I don't see why no one would fit in, unless you were offensive to others in your postings...???

Of course, I do remember when I was a newbie last year, I was hesitant to jump in with my jokes and picking on people....but then I just jumped in and started doing it, and haven't looked back since.

This is a tough deal. We know because our daughter is currently getting a bunch of MRIs, probably for a pituitary growth. She'* in LA (also tough), loves here job, and her energy is fading dramatically. She'* had to cut her work hours. Naturally we'll be heading out sometime.

Not much to do but plow through it. But the important thing going on here tonight is that you must see by now that alot of people DO give a damn. Nobody is unimportant.

This club has more caring and helpful people than any other entity I've ever experienced. Please don't throw in the towel--stay in communication somehow and you'll get more assisstance than you dreamed. I know I have

All the best!

Drama. Many people on online Forums use dramatic exits as a plea for attention.

Glad to hear that Alie. Just try to level out and breath. Things will work out. Mindset overcomes most problems. ...
Gonnevile, TY. I appreciate it. And no, I'm not a total jerk. Some peices are stil missing but I strive for perfection.
Tracy, mental intimidation can be as bad as physical, especially if you have alot on your troubles plate. Then it becomes amplified and sometimes even assumed.
Will, your right but often it'* a plea for help, or weighing the feeling of social gratifacation forums can give vs the feeling of not fitting in and a way to get feedback before you actually do it. Some just give up and leave.
Alie I think you are just troubled with the problems you have and feel a little ackward here since you and a member are together. I hope the replies you have received convince you to just be your self and settle in. A ***** cat of a guy told me that exact thing and it worked out fine.

Slug, I was answering a question that Tracy asked above. And I answered it from my vast experience as an Admin on a very large Forum. I can tell you about a good dozen cases of this right here on BC.

It'* reality, not crustiness.
