I love salmon fishing. Where are you going? I went on a friend'* charter boat last year on Lake Ontario. Had a flippn blast! The adrenaline rush was unbelievable after fighting for 15mins with a 27lb'er.

I used to go with my dad every fall.

It'* rather funny when you're fishing with a thinner line that the bigass salmon can much too easily break. You end up following the fish for half an hour as it swims upstream before it finally tires out

Don't worry buddy, you're not alone. I can bait my hook but I can't release the fishes. I try to knock it unconsicous so it'll stay still then I can attempt to release it
