I've got Salmon!
My grandpa just mailed me some fresh Alaska Salmon!! Sooo good, I usually like to make it into a dip or something when friends come over, but I might just have to whip out the old George Foreman this time around. The thing is that I'm not a good cook, and I don't think I ever will be.
I KNOW there are some salmon fanatics out there. So... Can you share me some recipes?

Well, fresh salmon is best just lightly done in a bit of white wine with a dash of lemon juice.
Don't overcook it!
Use seasonings as per your taste. I prefer a light sprinkling of red pepper and garlic powder.
Caveat: I'm not a salmon fanatic, just like it a lot and I'm not a cook, I just like what I like.

1/2 cup mayo and 1/8 cup brown sugar with a couple of minced garlic. Mix and spread on salmon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 min @ 350 F. ....mmmmmm...
