Jason Thanks for posting that heavy hitter winter storm pics. Unbelievable conditions eh?
These are the first real photos I have seen posted and I have to say...Im glad it is raining here with bare pavement.
You must have been just so tired coming home and then having to do the blower clearing.
Those conditions are brutal, I bet you were almost happy they closed the highway as glad to be out of the conditions, resting for awhile.
I cant imagine after some of the radio news reports I heard, you were in the thick of it.
Stories came out stating high winds, drifting snow, zero visibility, bitterly cold, abandoned stuck cars, cars in ditch, freeway closed, amazing snowfall upwards of 3 feet in many areas...warning to stay at home, dont go on the roads, etc etc..
Airports unable to carry out runway services due to too cold, salt no longer working..
I wonder how many records of low temp and record snowfall there is already for 2014.
Stay warm..stay safe glad u are home now.

my parents have a similar blower i found on sale at a sears parts store a few years back. its single stage with a briggs 4.5, and i am impressed what you can do with it if you are patient. i am not but its good for them. i wasent expecting it and it ended up in my trunk too, i had my old monte with half the trunk taken up with speakers and once i took the handle bars loose it fit in the other half. one of the reason i love the wbody coupes is a huge trunk, almost as big as the hbodies

Ya large trunk are great for many reasons, especially if the kids wont shut up in the back.
You ensure your trunk is relatively empty and tell them that if they dont quieten down, they will be traveling in the trunk again! Works every time! ...LOL !!!
They know there is lots of room in there..hah ha..

This was my Day: My Insurance expires soon So ...I must start here..
No Joke Read the Sign (shamefully True)
AirScare1_zps8d4d2c9d.jpg
You are paying 2X$ to get this pic & to see what Spinners looks like..
AirScare3_zps7a832951.jpg
Even worse look back at the sign I dont with a 97 qualify for a simple OBD2 scan...
NO..They Have to stick it up your____tailpipe and get the readings....
Luckily I passed with good gas 94 octane, and fresh syn/high mileage oil I would have normally added two bottles of gas line antifreeze to the tank but this time I felt confident in the cars performance without additives! Look at these numbers!
AirScare4_zpsb6dd7645.jpg
Feels like I got 4.8 tons of Co2 off my chest LOL!~~

Oh ya then onto the:
WheelAlignmentDay_zps9cf17f2f.jpg
Where after 2 years and a few curbs later, it was a bit off, all is now well again, except the mention of the drivers side lower control arm bushing, that should be replaced in the next year, and no bushing available for this 97 PA car. Well..That was my day.
