Well the gears are noticably thinner compared to most gears. So that means they are car gears then? There is no x in the numbers either.

thick is car..in my book anyways
the 12 bolts are a bit oddball, we dont see them to often anymore

Ok well I guess that guy should have looked into what he was bidding on. I will say then that they are truck gears. Thanks for the help Matt I really do appreciate it.

As far as I'm concerned, you posted pictures of the numbers listed on the gears. If that isn't enough to tell the guy what he needs to know about it, he needed to look it up.
