Default Getting Discouraged

....about keeping my car. It is officially signed over to just me in spring time. I really want to keep this car, but I can just see how much it is going to cost me to maintain it. I can see near the injectors some puddles of coolant are there. The car spudders sometimes. The shocks and all 4 brakes were just done. I dont know, someone please, encourage me to keep it!

Right now, I wont lie, me and my mom drive the car. Shes nice enough to give me the car so i havent had to pay for it. I do most of the work on it myself.

Around the injectors?? Sounds like a simple case of thermostat gasket failure... :?

The thermostat is below the injectors.......it almost seems its running out of the upper plastic intake......

That was my next guess. That'* easy enough and cheap enough to replace by yourself. Oughtta look into it, or see if you can locate the leak. If it'* the intake, you're risking hydrolock if it gets into the cylinders...

I think the purchase of an inexpensive upper intake (if that'* the problem) would be an excellent investment. Have you been able to trace the leak?
