Out of curiosity, how much did the suit end up costing you? You dont have to share, I am just curious.

Did he have doctors records proving all the things he claimed?

I only got 900 for my injuries when I was rear ended, then again I had no one to sue since he ran. But I would bet mine were worse.

heck, I was rear ended at 40 at a dead stop or so......I got less than 1/20th of that lol.

Still have back issues every now and then that I never had before.

HAH. What a jackass. Back in Feb 2004, I got hit on my bike coming down a sidewalk, and someone hit me crossing into a driveway. Shattered 3 front teeth, severe low back soft tissue damage, destroyed a $700 trek, and numerous cuts and such. Never saw a DIME. That guy probably suffered barely anything, especially if the bags never went off. I think he needs to have his new escalade blown up. f***ing greedy pos.

That'* why we don't do personal injury where I work. It;'* like 90% crap.
That may even be a conservative figure.

I didn't have to pay anything. It all came from my insurance. I heard he had a couple surgeries on his wrist or shoulder or something.
