I am getting sued for my accident I had last year. I rear-ended a guy. He is claiming neck, back, shoulder and hands, pain, suffering, loss, etc. It was a 30 mph street, I wasn't speeding, it was a bright and sunny day. My airbags didn't even go off.

Remember people will low ball anyone for money. Make sure you get a good lawyer too. Probably pretty good indication about the lack of speed or force of impact when the bags don't deploy :?

Yeah, they will take care of it. And I will probably not have to do anything but give a statement to the lawyer.

Actually, none of those three are worth wasting a bullet on. Frankly, watching the three of them (on the other side of the pit) seems like a pretty good idea to me.

Guy was probably in a money pit himself, or injured his back etc now, he can't prove that you did it to him, he wouldn't have waited a year to do it then... Keep us informed.
