Jeff, check the Admins Forum. Don found another SQL hangup with an IP address (multiple requests hanging up).

Update:

I crafted a fix for some problems we've been having with what appear to be corporate web caches. This should, in theory, eliminate those annoying "can't connect to database" errors. However, as I threw together the solution in less than an hour, there might be bugs. Let me know if you encounter any problems/errors that mention "flood control."
