ok so i watched a couple videos from ford where they compared the 2011 super duty to the 2010 ram and silverado and the super duty was able to pass a semi quicker going up a 7 percent grade quicker than the ram and silverado this was their toruqe comparison but they ysed gas ram and silverado and a deisel ford ??come on guys be even st least use deisel chevys and dodges to even it up of course a deisel can haul 7k pounds up a hill easier

If you look at alot of "comparisons" companies stack the deck n thier favor. It'* ridiculous

2011 Silverado 2500 HD has 750 FT LBS of torque. Suck on that Ford!

I'll take a Ford truck anyday. Don't care if they stack their comparisons (what company doesn't? Its called marketing).

When it comes to diesel trucks it runs Dodge>Ford>Chevy/GMC for me.

Maybe the newer trucks but if I bought a diesel I'd be buying a Ford used with the 7.3L in it

I'm talking about ALL trucks, not just the newer ones. I'm getting a 98 2500 Ram with the 5.9L when I get back from Iraq/Korea. Why? It doesn't have any electronic crap to fail on me making it easier to work on and more reliable.

for me to buy a deisel it goes duramax cummis and thats it i would never buy another for truck or another ford period i like my 93 siverado 1500 4x4 355 194 heads 460 lift cam edelbrock intake and i could go on for a minute but it hauls cars my camper no problem hell this winter i pulled some lifted ford f 250 outta the snow bank no problem i like my gm and diamler chrysler products but everybody is diffrent
