Default DVD burner help with WMP 10

I have this drive in my Intel C2D system and real player burns CD'* just fine, but Windows media player 10 does not rcognize a cd burner installed. It plays and rips just fine (including dvd'*). I went into the registry as directed by the microsoft troubleshooting site and made sure the settings were right for a cd rw drive. I can't seem to find a driver for this drive anywhere. Anyone have any idea why WMP 10 won't recognize the burner?

1: Sony DVD burners Suck. they have problems with burning and other Drives reading and they do not work with every software.

2: Dont use WMP10 to Burn CD'* , Use Nero or some other Burning Software thats good.
Windows Burning software has always sucked and its even worse on Vista. With wont even burn a CD at all for me with a Very common CD Burner.
