Default Discovered Rock Auto not carrying MOPAR

Like many on this board- I think Rock Auto is great. Went to order a Mopar part and spent about an hour searching for a common part. After digging deep discovered Rock does not carry Mopar/CHRY/DODGE/Jeep OEM parts. As we know they do carry GM/Ford OEM.

Just sharing a random discovery.

2000 Jeep Wrangler OEM part
Control Unit, With A/C
1999-2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ
Part # 55037473AB

After no luck with the model search, did a OEM part number search and still no luck. Then went to parts manufactures and found AC/DELCO, Ford, etc. Did not see Chrysler, Dodge or Mopar listed as part manufacturers offered. Maybe I missed something?

I see the offer parts for Chysler/Dodge'Jeep but my search showed no OEM parts- unlike GM and Ford.

Thanks Todd!!

BTW- met a Chrysler transmission assembly line worker. He stated majority of Chrysler trannys are manufactured in Indiana. But a comment that really stuck with me was that Chysler FWD trannys are not true trannys, they are a combination of bands/belts. He stated he felt they would have a hard time seeing 100k without likeliness of a catastrophic failure. It was his opinion- but gives one more reason of concern if one is considering a Chrysler FWD product until the Fiat product starts to replace the current stuff.
