yeah, definitely. no soda is way better. the only thing even CLOSE to soda that i drink occasionally is a lo-carb monster.

no soda would definitely be the best option for the dieter but im not exactly trying to shed the pounds. and i think im addicted to carbonation, i just love drinking things that are carbonated...

i just realized ive dranken 2 12 packs since tuesday night

another thing that it does is keeps me from smoking, and hopefully its healthier than smoking or i might just have to pick that up again...

still, pop in general is high in sodium. For example, Diet Pepsi has 35mg of sodium in a 12 oz can. A 20-something oz bottle of, say, gatorade has around 12mg!!
