This is like a big happy family .
BTW , there is alot of race talk about the Bonneville'* here . Since I got my Monte , I didn't drive the Bonny for about 2 weeks and when I did get a chance , I fell in love with it again. I won't change anything else on the bonny , the factory intake went back on and I'm going back to just bolt on parts now. It'* just too nice of a car to mess with it . I got so used to the lights turning on when I remove the ignition key that I had to jump start the Monte 6 Times already cause I leave the interior lights on .

Hey, you could take the V8 AWD AWS train out of the new pickup truck, and shove it into a bonnie...

Yup, Why who told you it couldn't be done?
Ask Ty (Speedyguy_ty) at Domestic performance! He'll give you all the info on it!

Perhaps but I think that would be even harder to engeineer then the 3000GT set up because you have to place five different powertrain parts and you would be stuck with a solid rear axel.

Transverse AWD setups have the engine, tranny and front diff all sell contained in one unit. The only powertrain part that I would have to do a lot of fabrication for would be the rear diff/multilink suspension.

Using the truck drivetrain i would have to place the motor, tranny, transfercase, rear diff and front diff all seperately. That would be a bitch.

What about an Aztec AWD drivetrain with a Cadilac V8?

But it was in an aztec :(

I don't know if the tranny could hold that much torque or if the Caddy V8 could even bolt up to the aztec tranny.

Like I said lots of research to do.

You would have the 4T80E-HD Version Trans! It'* being used in conjunction with the new 4.4 V8.

Hmhh have to make a note of that and leave it as an option. I still would rather have the 6 speed though. A 6 speed manual bonne would rock.
