Default 3 weeks and its finally returned

So i pickup my 2001 Bonneville later today from my uncles shop after 3 weeks. October 31st I parked it because it just didnt "feel right".
Turns out I needed a new steering rack, replaced the outter tie rods in the front since the new rack came with inner rods. Oh and the drivers side stabalizer bar was missing. yes, missing.

So now that im all happy as punch because my #1 girl is coming home today....have any of you needed a new steering rack at 111,000 miles?
Pretty much this cars alllll new, considering the $$$$ dumped into her this year. I cant wait to take it on the back hilly and twisted roads later tonight and see how well she handles.

And does anyone know how to remove the entire wiper blade arm? I need to repaint them, i figure they come off somehow.
no one should go 3 weeks w/o their bonne....its a horrible experience.

Describe the "doesn't feel right". Our 01 GS has the exact same feel that I can't pin point. The front end shop tells me the intermediate shaft needs to be lubed, but I'm convinced there'* a bigger issue. The steering feels "bumpy". Wondering if you had similar symptoms.

If i turned the steering wheel...it fought with me. Sluggish - Delay of game - pause of time ....they could be other words to describe the delay. ALSO for those who have driven stick...you know the feeling when you shift from 1st to second and its too early, you get that rudder shudder feeling when you turn the wheel around a sharp curve. In Kimberton Pa and Langhorne we have alot of windy roads. (fun to race on too)
My intermediate shudder - GONE BABY!!!! hahahaa :P
$1000 all together said and done and thats with my discount. and alignment and i also threw in the state inspection a bit soon so maybe like 850-900 depending on the shop.

Now my new problem (go figure) is my wheel hub ABS sensor wire is loose and i need to take my wheel off to wiggle the wire. Go figure. gimme 4 hrs and a few beers and ill fix it. lol hope this helps...shoot me a PM if you need to

just got home from a saturday trip on...took some back roads and this baby hugs the road.
its official, im addicted to bonneville again. lol

BTW: a new, new wheel hub goes in next week. No ABS and No Traction control because of a faulty sensor. so owners beware when changing new hubs...sometimes things just "happen"
and im making the switch to a full synthetic oil. i just think im going to buy a lift and put it in my garage and do all this matience stuff myself.

Isn't that a common problem on the 00+?
