It probably was. And if not, you think it would have stopped them?? We used to party in abandoned missile silos when I was in high school. Those had nice high fences...

I had to read 1/2 the article to find out why it exploded. I knew liquid oil and gas aren't explosive so I was wondering how it happened, now I know. Its a sad way to die.
