i honestly eat about 3-4 gaurenteed every single day.. they are so damn good as a snack that will fill you up and they are great to bring to work if your other half forgot to make your lunch the night before and they only cost $.27 cents each.. i keep an entire cabinet stocked just with these things... i love them...

and the spicy chile chicken flavor is my favorite one of all.. i just put tabasco in all the other flavors...

very active as i take care of my 2 kids all day and i work the night shift installing carpet and wood floors.... im 6 foot 2'' and only 217 pounds... i got no worries about carbs.. i eat those for breakfast
