use a condom and avoid marriage at all costs. it wont feel as good, but it might save your life.
you may as well just take yourself out back and make it a quick and painless death. at least youll not suffer.
of course, you could personally pull every one of your fingernails off, break every bone in your body, and chisel thru your leg with a spoon and STILL not suffer as much as if you marry "the girl of your dreams".
