Default Computer running really SLOOOOOOW

Anyone know why this could be? Its not the whole computer just the internet. Ive run my trend-micro virus protection and the 37 spyware programs it came up with all passed. Any advice?

Sometimes I just have that issue, as if the cable modem has just decided to go at a crawling pace. Usually just closing the browser and/or waiting a bit helps it fix itself. If not, then as stated above, maybe there'* something else.

You can also look here, and find a speed test server close to your location. It'* sometimes not so accurate to test from a server further away.

I use a server in middletown, N.Y. :

It sounds like your internet connection is slow, for some reason. Fixing your pc will not help. If your bandwidth is less than you are paying for, call your provider and complain.
