Try

User: Admin
Password: Password
since the default password is always password

or try your user name and login password

if that doesn't work, go to Start>Run>type in CMD>press enter>type in ipconfig /all>press enter

look to see what it says under Default Gateway. Type in the IP address it gives you after that line and see where that takes you.
and if that doesn't work, try going to http://speedstream and see if that brings up anything.

This is funny - online tech support

Ashok Greetings Chris Jarvis, Thank you for choosing Bell, my name is Ashok, how may I help you today?
Ashok What is the model of the wireless modem that you are using?
You Hi I have a Speedstream 6250 modem/router.
Ashok I'm sorry this issue is out of my scope of support. If you wish I can arrange a call back within 24 hours. Else, if you need the issue to be resolved right away you need to contact our voice support at 310-7873 and speak with our level 2 technicians.
You ok can i call right now?
Ashok Yes.
You ok thanks alot
Ashok You are welcome and have a nice day.

That was a huge waste of time. tech support must be 24 hours a day though.

Just an update, called tech support. He told me to go to 192.168.2.1 then use admin as the username and password. Exactly like you guys said, well it still didn't work. So then he said that he was looking at my modem and the password was all screwed up. he reset everything for me and now I'm good to go. Thanks for the quick help on here. Chris

Someone accessing your router from the internet side seems like a HUGE Security risk to me.
