whats the cheapest insurance carrier for people my age 20 single male
(and i am the only driver on the policy)
so minors dont bother

It depends on your areas rating. You may want to go through a " broker" insurance company but still check with others. The brokers can shop through various companies to get you their lowest rates. Just go with the states minimum requirement which is probably 10/20/10 and if that is your only coverage it shouldn't be too steep. The older you get the lower it will become but if you have at fault accidents and any tickets it will make the rate higher.

my parents pay $2700 to insure 2 cars with full coverage and 2 cars with liabity we have some hartford insurance or something like that were insured like $300k per person $100k per vehicle dunno if thats good or not............

As long as you don't live in the state of New Jersey, you will find your insurance is cheaper.
