You got the software for your phone too? If not, I bet a couple of members could tell you where to get the Motorola Phone Tools from

Software? Keep in mind, my previous phone was a blue brick from 1999. Software?!!

My boss has some software he bought off of eBay that does a bunch of stuff with his RAZR. Is that what you are referring too?

I have an older version of that, I believe its version 3, but it still does most of the same things. I cant remember if its bluetooth compatible or not, I havent used it in a while.

Shoot me a PM if youre interested.

The cingular salesman told me the about the same order for reception, Motorola, Nokia, LG and then Samsung the worst. He mentioned a couple exceptions but I don't remember what phones they were. This was after I already had my phone (a Samsung). I showed it to him and he said he had never seen it. I got it from their website though. It was $99 with an instant on-line $99 rebate. Plus after I got it they sent me an e-mail for a mail-in $35 rebate. How about that for a deal? I got paid $35 for the phone!
My work issued phone is a Nokia (also through Cingular), and I can't say I see too much difference in reception between it and mine, and I have poor signal at my house. Anyway, this is my phone:
Haven't had any problems with it, but I don't think I am too hard on my phone in the first place. Only annoyance is you can't lock the camera button that is on the side of the phone and it is always taking pictures of the inside of my pocket! It probably doesn't have all the software stuff like others, but it'll do all the ringtones and games.

Got my phone today. I'm really liking the speakerphone. What kind of car-mounts are available that work well?

Thanks.
