Thats the 'grab' bar/handle above the passenger door. I'm not sure if the Bonnevilles have them above both rear doors or not like our Olds does.

my brother broke mine 3 times, the first time I got one for free from the dealership, then the 2nd one I bought myself, and I made him pay for the 3rd one. The rears did fine except the light assembly got messed up in one of them but I fixed that myself.
