I got to what said level 13 then a couple more. and it just keeps repeting itself.

If it keeps repeating itself, then you are hitting a different color button and being sent back to 13

It comes up and says you finished and that you are better, faster, stronger then any other man just because you won this stupid little flash game...

The trick is to learn the circle'* paths... Once you do that, just look for when the blue circle is exposed, play the waiting game and wait for it to come back around, then click...
