Do what I did, have a nice romantic evening at home with Delilah on in the background as you snuggle for abit... and then Delilah comes on and asks for you. At first she will be a 'off' by hearing your names on the radio and thinking its for someone else. Then you drop to one knee, bring out the ring, and finish proposing in the classic style ending with "We can't keep Delilah waiting too long..."
