The Missus hates Best Buy so much, she wouldn't even let me apply for a job there back when I was looking. We got "screwed" on an "extended Warranty" there. Took in a stereo that quit working, and thier answer was basically "You've had it *this long*. That'* worth this many dollars. original price minus depreciation. Okay, we owe you this much. Here'* a gift card" Didnot make us happy. I'll still pick up little crap there, but nothing that I may need thier warranty for...

I bought my camera from BB. There was a sale so I got a decent deal on it. I also opted for one of those 4 year warranty 'deals'. I got it because it gives me free camera cleanings for 4 years. It'* definitly worth the money if you do the math. However, I sent my camera in sometime ago to get it cleaned, thinking it would only take a few days to do. It'* not a terribly involved job. Well, I've been waiting over 2 weeks. I've called them 5 times trying to get help and trying to figure out when I can get my camera back. Today they finally told me I should have it by tomorrow or Wednesday. Needless to say I'm fuming about the whole situation. I really need my camera right now, and I have explained that to them. They don't seem to care. I would really like to just kill the warranty and get some store credit perhaps, but that won't happen. I'm trying to find a way to file a complaint, but I can't find any info online to do that.

yeah, i work at office max (it sucks) i make very little money off the lame insurance plans or whatever, but my bosses compain to me constantly if I dont offer the plans, dont get mad at the people who offer the plans it'* their jobs, basically the plans are the most profitable thing for the companies, that'* why they have the employee'* pushing them on people.

Yea, I'm going crazy. I have a brand new Canon 50mm f/1.4 prime lens I've been dying to try out.
